We reserve the right to change, update, or stop any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Your access to the site will end when the service expires or is terminated.

Access and Fees: You are required to obtain access to the services, and it may require transacting with third parties, like internet providers. We have disclosed the fees for services on the website, and your use of the website is subject to timely payment of such fees and all applicable fees.

License and Site Access: Subject to the Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services for personal purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of information from hoteliers or other providers, and is not responsible for problems like overbooking. We cannot promise all errors will be fixed or that the Website and Services will run without interruptions or mistakes. Some regions may not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply. Any warranties in this Agreement apply only to you.

Limitation on Liability: The Company, along with its suppliers, shareholders, officers, employees, and agents, is not responsible for any lost profits or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if warned that such damages could happen. In any case, the Company’s total liability for anything related to this Agreement or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. No Refunds: Once you enter your payment details into the system, your subscription to the service takes effect immediately. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but NO REFUND will be given. Clients on contract will be billed till the end of the contract.

Property or Ownership Dispute: If there is any dispute regarding ownership, control, or operation of any property listed as Authorized Property, you agree that Syncinns, in the Company’s sole discretion, can suspend any or all services or may terminate the agreement concerning that specific property.
