You’re in Charge of Data Access

At Syncinns, your organization’s data access stays fully under your control. Here’s how we ensure it:

  • All data entered or imported is securely stored and accessible only to approved users.
  • The designated Administrator manages user permissions, inviting, editing, or removing access as needed.
  • Every user needs to use a different username and password to log in.
  • Users are in charge of safeguarding their login information.
  • Administrators must ensure only trusted individuals are granted access.
  • Syncinns does not store or access user passwords.
  • No Syncinns team member can view your data unless explicitly invited by your Administrator.
  • Your data remains private; access is entirely in your hands.

Customer’s Role in Data Compliance

Under this agreement, the Controller is fully responsible for adhering to all relevant data protection laws. Key obligations include:

  • Ensuring all personal data shared with the Processor meets legal and regulatory standards.
  • Verifying that data processing is always legal.
  • Monitoring internal operations to prevent data misuse or breaches.
  • Promptly reporting any data protection issues or violations to the Processor.
  • Keeping lines of communication open and timely to address issues.
  • Taking necessary corrective actions to ensure continued compliance with privacy obligations.

How Syncinns Handles Your Data

Under this agreement, both parties acknowledge their respective roles and responsibilities in accordance with data protection regulations:

  • The Customer acts as the Data Controller, while Syncinns functions as the Data Processor.
  • Syncinns processes personal data solely based on the Controller’s instructions and in accordance with Data Protection Laws.
  • Syncinns will notify the Controller right away if any instructions violate data regulations.
  • Legal constraints will be communicated where disclosure is permitted.
  • The Controller can modify data preferences through their account.
  • Users may correct, delete, export, or opt out of third-party data sharing.
  • Syncinns is dedicated to transparency and protecting user data rights.

Syncinns Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation for European Citizens (GDPR)

Syncinns is fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable to our customers and users within the European Economic Area (EEA). Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. Despite our precautions, we advise using strong passwords and reporting any suspicious activity to ensure data security.

Temporary Cookies for Seamless Login

To maintain user sessions after login, Syncinns uses temporary cookies. These cookies do not store personal or organizational information and are designed to automatically expire 45 minutes after the user session ends.
